Data security does not degrade in lower-priced plans. ANVP guarantees the same high level of platform security and user privacy across all tiers. The increasing functionality in higher plans simply reflects your ability to entrust us with more sensitive corporate data (My Media and CBot knowledge), thus expanding the scope of our protection.

“My Media” Limit |
The limit on the number of proprietary files (Corporate Videos, Slideshows, Pictures, MS Office Docs, PDFs, etc.) that are integrated into the platform. This feature is designed to host the organization’s core, most frequently used documents, ensuring they are easily accessible within the private workspace. |

Number of free media upgrade |
Defines how many times per year ANVP will update (add, remove, or modify) the files in your “My Media” section after the initial setup. This is crucial for organizations with evolving internal documentation. |

AI Assistants (WBot & EBot): |
WBot and EBot are Included in all plans. WBot provides answers based on mental health science, and EBot offers tailored content recommendations based on the user’s feelings and wellness goals. |
