ANV Platform Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Welcome to the ANV Platform. By accessing or using this service, you and your organization agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Data Collection & Use (Our Privacy Commitment)

This is our most important commitment to you. We are not in the business of collecting or selling personal data.

  • What We Collect: To provide a secure login, our system must collect and store two pieces of information:
    1. Your Name (as provided by your Group Administrator)
    2. Your Email Address (as provided by your Group Administrator)
  • How We Use It (The Only Ways): We only use this information for essential platform functions:
    1. To allow you to log in to the platform.
    2. To allow you to reset your password if you forget it.
    3. To send you critical service announcements (e.g., planned maintenance).
  • What We NEVER Do: We will never sell, share, rent, or lease your personal information (Name or Email) to any third party for marketing purposes. Your data is used only to operate the service you paid for.

2. Cookies

The platform uses only essential “session” cookies. These cookies are necessary to verify who you are and to keep you logged in as you move from page to page. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

  • This content is provided as a non-exclusive, non-transferable streaming license.
