Data Integrity Guarantee

Data security does not degrade in lower-priced plans. ANVP guarantees the same high level of platform security and user privacy across all tiers. The increasing functionality in higher plans simply reflects your ability to entrust us with more sensitive corporate data (My Docs and CBot knowledge), thus expanding the scope of our protection.

Meaning and Value to the Client

Setup Fee (One-Time)

This is a one-time, non-refundable fee for our “White-Glove” (managed) service. It covers the cost of basic platform customization (Name, Logo, Home Page, Contact Form, My Docs) and initial content integration.

Annual Price

The fee for platform and content usage. Prices reflect the level of scalability, the number of features included and the support for a larger number of users. (Billed Annually)

Participant Limit

The maximum number of members who can be invited by the Group Manager to the appropriate group. This limit is strictly enforced and directly determines the plan required to cover your organizational scale.

“My Docs” Limit

The limit on the number of proprietary files (MS Office, PDF, videos, etc.) that are integrated into the platform. This feature is designed to host the organization’s core, most frequently used documents, ensuring they are easily accessible within the private workspace.

Number of free document upgrade

Defines how many times per year ANVP will update (add, remove, or modify) the files in your “My Docs” section after the initial setup. This is crucial for organizations with evolving internal documentation.

WBot (Wellness Bot)

Included in all plans. Provides answers based on mental health science and wellness general questions.

CBot (Corporate Bot)

Included in the Corporate Plan. Included in the Corporate Plan. This bot is trained on company documents and websites. As a result, it is able to answer complex, company-specific questions from group members.

  • Media Library Customization: Beyond the standard library access, this plan offers the ability to customize the media library. This includes reorganizing our content, creating custom categories, and writing bespoke descriptions and playlists to precisely fit the client’s therapeutic or training goals.
  • Resource Flexibility: All technical limits—including My Docs capacity and the frequency of document updates—are set by quote to meet the organization’s unique needs.
